Overview

Anthony D. Ong is Professor of Psychology and Director of the Human Health Labs at Cornell University and Professor of Gerontology in Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine. His research examines how everyday emotional and social experiences shape health and development across the lifespan, with a focus on how emotions unfold and are regulated over time, how social connection is maintained, disrupted, and repaired, and how these processes become biologically embedded across adulthood and aging.
